Access to Autism Integration Support Course (coming Winter 2024)

$350.00

Diagnosis is the beginning of integration of new-found aspects of our identity.

I wasn’t diagnosed as Autistic or ADHD until my 30s. I didn’t know I lived with Anxiety until I was 34.

As a late diagnosed AuDHD adult who lives with Alexithymia and Anxiety as well, I recognize that processing a diagnosis with a therapist can be difficult if you don’t know how to put words to your experiences, struggle with self-doubt about “is this Autism or ADHD or Anxiety or all of the above? or neither?”

As a therapist, I recognize that accessing a diagnosis is the first step in a journey of self discovery that often includes the roller coaster ride of grief, the buzzing of anxiety, imposter syndrome for lunch, and a whole heck of a lot of vulnerability.

I’m creating a course for fellow late-diagnosed Autistic and AuDHD Adults seeking to integrate their newly discovered neurodivergence into their lives while attending to the impact that self-discovery can have on those of us who sturggle with transition and change.

This course is NOT COMPLETE and will not be available until Winter 2024 as it is still in creation and production. Purchasing this allows for access to this course as soon as it’s available.
