What is a Relationship?

Oftentimes, we think of relationships as romantic connections in a dyad formation. 

In 2023, it's important that we begin to expand our understanding of relationships to include: any ongoing connection we have to others, platonic, romantic, or professional

Start with listening when they ask to talk, then - if they ask for advice - ask them an ‘iceberg question’ to scratch the surface and indicate that you want to dive deeper in a non threatening way..
