Considering considering therapy?

(no, that’s not a typo)

Therapy can help you gain new coping skills so you can live the live you want again, or for very the first time.

You deserve support.

What is Therapy?

If you’re struggling with feeling anxious, having trouble sleeping, going through the motions but not experiencing joy, or don’t have someone to talk to who knows about ‘the thing’, therapy can help you feel less alone.

Talking about the things that make life complicated, sorting out their impact, and how they get in the way of what it is you want/desire.

Individual Therapy

Common issues I support individuals through:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Late Diagnosis of Autism or other Neurodivergence

  • Grief and Loss: this includes any unexpected changes - health changes, a relationship, or job loss

  • Life Transitions

  • Relationship Challenges

  • Relational Trauma: abandonment issues, neglect, codependency, bullying, rejection, and victims of narcissistic abuse

  • Self-Esteem

  • Stress Management

  • Trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Complex Trauma

Some themes I love supporting clients in:

Perfectionism, people-pleasing, life and spiritual transitions, neurodivergence, shame, rediscovering who you are post-pandemic

Technology Supports I Utilize in My Practice

Therapy looks different for each person and there is no wrong way to “do” therapy aside from not doing it.

There is no magic algorithm, timeline, or treatment plan that works for all.

You may be experiencing feeling unable to focus because of repeating stories in your mind, feeling stuck, or unable to make progress, afraid to take the next step in life.

You may have lost a loved one, a pet, or an opportunity, plan, ability, relationship, job, or dream and be experiencing grief, depression, anxiety, or something else that you want help sorting through.

It’s okay not to be okay when not okay things happen.

Maybe you’ve experienced marriage and divorce and need to find YOUR identity again.

It’s going to be okay.

Maybe you’re looking to start a new relationship with a fresh perspective, but it’s been awhile and you need to talk through dating with someone who’s sex-positive and knowledgeable on open relationships.

You’re not alone.

Let’s talk.

Maybe you love your job, but find yourself struggling to keep up with the demands of work, home, a social life, and basic personal care.

Maybe you’ve been kicked out or left your spiritual community after discovering more about yourself, the world around you, or standing up for someone you love.

Are you in the midst of a transition, change, or rut and wanting to talk to someone who doesn’t know you personally about it?
