Welcome to my Toolbox and Blog

As an AuDHD Therapist, one of my greatest joys is crafting resource lists, tools, and guides for clients and others who benefit from learning more about how to support themselves and others. You will find a variety of content here and are welcome to request content you’d like to see added in the future.

The background photo of this section is from Beyond Wonderland 2023. It depicts a double rainbow captured on June 16, 2023, the night before a tragic mass shooting at an electronic music festival in George, Washington. The shooting resulted in the loss of two lives and had a profound and lasting impact on many other attendees.

Some therapists can give you a superbill: a detailed receipt your insurer needs to file an out-of-network claim and possibly reimburse some or all of the cost of therapy.

  • Submit Out of Network Claim via Reimbursify

When utilizing Out of Network benefits you’ll likely need to pay your therapist the entire session fee at the time of service, and depending on your specific plan, your insurance company will mail you a check to reimburse a portion of that cost.
