Their sole purpose is helping folks apply and get benefits. They do not have to pay any money up front and will only have to pay if they are approved for benefits AND receive back pay. They are lovely lawyers who really care and I highly recommend setting up a consultation with them. Even if you just want to ask questions. The process includes applying, sending in documentation from doctors and therapists, filling out paper work that describes jobs they’ve had in the past or reasons they struggle to work.
